May 2024 Detailed Review Comments: The candidate has a nature nanotech paper. Very nice work. The only suggestion will be for the candidate to be a bit more careful about interpreting details. Like the interpretation of no-coupling between the plasmons between two Ga particles, the refectivity of PDMS etc..These questions were asked, and the candidate was pointed out to these things. Candidate said he will look into these things. Otherwise, this is really high quality work and very interesting work, and PMRF worthy. Further, the TA ship duties are well done. Despite COVID related shut down, getting a paper in nature nanotechnology also speaks about the determination and hardwork of the candidate. There are no major criticisms that the committee can comment on. In general, committee is impressed with the work.
